In this setting it is associated with a worse prognosis than sun-damage-induced SCC. Rhabdoid cells and osteoclastic giant cells are infrequently seen in SCC. This case highlights the unusual occurrence of rhabdoid cells and osteoclastic giant cells in a post-transplant SCC.
